1. About Our Services

Webnify provides lead generation, appointment setting, and related marketing support services for real estate professionals. We do not provide legal, financial, or brokerage services and are not a party to any real estate transaction between you and your clients.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and authorized to act on behalf of your business or brokerage. You are responsible for complying with all applicable real estate, advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to complete our onboarding form or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information and to promptly update it if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees, Billing, and Payments

Our current pricing plans and fees are described on the Pricing page of this website. By subscribing to a plan or authorizing payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with the selected plan.

• Fees are typically charged in advance of the service period, unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional fees, such as success‑based or closing‑related fees, will be disclosed in writing.
• We may change our pricing or plan structure from time to time, but any changes will not retroactively affect an already‑paid billing period.

Payments are processed through third‑party payment service providers (such as Payoneer). By submitting a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms, policies, and acceptable use requirements of the relevant provider.

We do not store full card numbers or bank login credentials on our systems. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you supply for all fees due under your chosen plan.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve time, resources, and third‑party costs, fees are generally non‑refundable once a billing period has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.

• You may request cancellation of your plan by contacting us prior to the start of the next billing term.
• Any refund or credit is at our reasonable discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the rules of our payment providers (including Payoneer).

6. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or high‑risk activity, including activities that violate the acceptable use policies of our payment providers or any applicable law or regulation.

• No use of our services in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• No sale or promotion of illegal products, counterfeit goods, or prohibited services.
• No deceptive or misleading advertising or misrepresentation to consumers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, and to cooperate with payment providers or authorities, if we reasonably suspect any violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third‑party policies (including those of Payoneer).

7. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we work to provide high‑quality, qualified leads and support, we do not guarantee a specific number of closed transactions, revenue, or any particular outcome. Your results depend on your own follow‑up, processes, and market conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and software on this website are owned by Webnify or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content or systems without our prior written consent, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webnify and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnify and our officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third‑party rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
